Gjallarhorn Kindred is a member kindred in the Independent Tribes of Asatru. Visit their website if you are a kindred looking to join our community at tribesofasatru.com.We practice the ancient religion of Ásatrú, meaning to be true to and to honor the gods and goddesses. It is the ancient religion of the Northern European peoples. It was practiced in the lands that are today, England, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, the Baltic States, Northern Russia, and others. It is the original or native religion of the peoples who occupied these areas of Europe, and their descendants.

We welcome you and your family to share in the joys that the Gjallarhorn Kindred has to offer. We consider membership in our family to be a great honor. Your journey with our Kindred has many paths. You can be a friend and supporter, a casual believer, or dedicated member who desires to swear an oath of loyalty to the Gjallarhorn Kindred and its members. If you choose the latter, the journey will be difficult at times. We will guide you through the requirements necessary, both spiritual and personal, until you have earned the right to wear our arm ring.

Gjallarhorn Kindred is a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to preserving and practicing the ancient faith of Ásatrú. Located in the scenic East Mountains of New Mexico, we gather to honor the gods and goddesses of our ancestors and celebrate our shared heritage.
